Viewer, I just read the excellent responses to your questions from Michael Happel and BWAC and I concur with them. As I've tried to suggest to you, it is not the absolute that I seek but the opening of all information so that we can have the answers to all these questions. This is not the proverbial rocket science. The answers are there.

I believe the vested interests don't want that information out there because they have an advantage in keeping retail investors as "suckers."

You have often asked why I post from a source. I've found that you and your comrades in shorting (and I use that term affectionately) seem to attack anyone who posts negatively about shorting. I've been attacked. Byrne, Patch, Essary, "Bob O'Brien," and others. I found the Bob O'Brien attacks particularly ironic as there was so much effort to discover who he was by those who claim to fight for poster anonymity.

In any event, as I have constantly responded to you, I have no knowledge of Essary's history (other than what I read on other boards) and I am NOT endorsing him or his morals or his trading history.

I POST ARTICLES THAT I LIKE FOR THE SUBSTANCE OF THE ARTICLES, THE OPINIONS.

You were and are a fan of Anthony. I found much of what he wrote as truly wonderful and educational. I have quoted parts of his manifesto at times. That doesn't mean that I endorse his methods, his history, etc.

I'd prefer to keep the debate to issues and not personalities.

REFCO - common sense shows that they will scam wherever they can. Common sense says that the trillion dollar hedge fund business will have a certain percentage of scamming, of stretching the rules and wanting to keep this out of public scrutiny.

What is wonderful now is that the lone voices are now being joined by average every day Joe investors.

As the others have said, let's shine the light on these issues and not just spout off that all shorts are wonderful, or that all shorts are crooks.
