Junior, The bottom line advantage of IRIS is that, by having the live agent chat feature, IFLY is able to garner +/-15% commissions rather than the capped $10 cut the automated transactions are allowed. Very significant. As for the ex-employee, it is apparently true that he was found guilty and is serving time but as far as I can tell, his crimes had nothing to do with IFLY. If those who are posting this info would stop twisting facts to fit their short viewpoint, their words would carry a great deal more weight, IMO. It is possible to express an honorable contrarian view as several have done here previously.
