"Next Year Charleston"--Bill told me that he anticipates meeting next year at some place easier to get to and cheaper to stay at. I suggested moving the annual meeting around the country to places where GRNO has a local company and processor, thus encouraging stockholders in various areas of the country to become more familiar with the operating system and the company, and recommended Denver (site of the being-acquired Approved Oil) for next year as ideal on all accounts--I expect a processor to be manufactured for Denver no later than the 3rd quarter, with a fully-operating collection-processing-distribution system that can be shown-off next May.

I should note that Bill's assumption that annual meetings should be as accessible as possible to shareholders is remarkable--most companies, for example, schedule annual meetings in the middle of the week in order to make it as difficult as possible for shareholders to attend (the fewer questions the better). This year Bill picked a Friday rather than a Monday (Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday were never considered) because he believed more stockholders and partners would find Friday slightly more convenient. The open, investor-friendly behavior of GRNO is one of our primary clues to the quality and confidence of management.
