ISX arranges one-million-share private placement 2007-07-16 16:07 ET - News Release Mr. Thomas Tough reports ISX ANNOUNCES FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT ISX Resources Inc. intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to one million flow-through shares at $2.00 per share. Finders' fees may be paid in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Proceeds of the placement will be used primarily on the company's 97,240-acre potash exploration permit located adjacent to the Mosaic Company's Belle Plaine potash solution mine in Saskatchewan. A portion of the proceeds will be spent to conduct preliminary geological evaluation of the hydrocarbon potential on approximately 2,000 acres, recently acquired at a Crown land sale, located in close proximity to the permit area.
