This may not be everything, but it will get you started. The first one is a bit older, but is in a sense being "revived"; the SEC has reopened it for comments because of the close relationship among the three sec.gov sec.gov sec.gov I would be interested in hearing why Ken thinks these (If indeed this is what he had in mind) will be disadvantageous to the MMs.
