A dictatorship not likely, I don't think he has the support to pass any goofy Bills. He doesn't need to. Like any other dictator he merely ignores the Constitution, the laws, the legislature and the electorate. Any bill he does sign, he crafts a caveat as to which parts of the law he plans to ignore. Bush is a virtual dictator already. pbs.org
