RANCHO MIRAGE, CALIF. (May 11) BUSINESS WIRE -May 11, 1999--O. Media
Inc. (OTC BB:OMDA) Tuesday announced that it has launched a redesign
and programming campaign on its popular Web sites,
www.ShesGotItTogether.com and www.ProfitMagazine.net.

The campaign, which will span a 30-day period, will redesign and
reprogram the Web sites to make them more efficient to navigate and
enabling them to load at an accelerated speed, making the sites more
accessible to there users. O. Media initiated the campaign after
receiving overwhelming response to its Web sites, receiving more user
hits than initially expected, overwhelming the Web sites' server. The
campaign will not only alleviate this inconvenience to Internet users,
it will also provide a new look to the established sites.

O. Media's Web sites that are still in the development process,
www.Stock2Money.com and www.CulturalCool.com, will be launched with the
enhancements the campaign will add to the existing Web sites.

Chief Information Officer Richard Gibbs stated, "This upgrade campaign
will put O. Media on a solid technical footing to continue to broaden
O. Media's range of product offerings, and provide service to the users
of our site."

Philip Sirlin, president and chief executive officer, also announced
that the company will be launching a national multimedia marketing
campaign for all of the company's Web sites. The marketing campaign is
expected to broaden user awareness of the Web sites, increasing hits
and sales revenues.

O. Media further announced that the June/July issue of Profit Magazine
will be released the week of June 7, 1999, profiling Georgette
Mosbacher as the cover story. Mosbacher is the author of the
best-selling book, "It Takes Money, Honey," and former owner and chief
executive officer of the world-renowned cosmetic company, LaPrairie.

Mosbacher is also the founder of the international venture capital and
marketing consulting firm, Georgette Mosbacher Enterprises Inc. The
June/July issue will also increase newsstand distribution by over 50
percent.
