Harvey - after some discussion on this thread I came to understand that MSFT can satisfy these warrants through stock, rather than cash, which means that there would be little balance sheet impact if they choose that route. There would, of course, be a dilutive effect, just as there is from ESOP. But the cost in cash terms would not be $12B or $2B or any other number of billions.
