Dear James..God is a wonderfully to be feared God. I agree with you that your son will come to the saving grace of our Lord and savoir Jesus Christ. So many times you hear Christians say that family members are so hard to reach but I do not feel that way at all. What an honor and a joy and a wonderful time it is to be able to lead a son to Christ. That is a lie of the enemy. I have led so many family members to the Lord. They all think I am a wierdo, but when the chips are down they call on me and rely spiritually on me and that is a real joy. It is really an easy thing to convince a family member with salvation persuasion when the Lord is on your side. I have convinced family members with prophecy and or words of knowledge or healings or miracles. You have the gifts of the spirit and you have fruits of the spirit and these things are gifts of the spirit and one of the purposes of the gifts are to show people the awesome goodness and power of God so as to lead them to Christ..even in fact the argument can be made that the gifts are given as a tool to be used to lead others to Christ. Even if for the purpose of healing a Christian the witness of the healing can have a powerful effect on the lost. But many times God will heal through a Christian as a witness to a lost person for the persuasion of salvation..In Christ...Gregor
