The official version has always treated "preventable" as a series of blameless intelligence SNAFUs. It was all one big accident. No big deal as far as accountability is concerned. Sorry to burst your bubble, but Kean's statement does absolutely nothing to poke holes in the official version. Have you ever watched a CEO gut a public company while happily telling investors everything is going to be hunky dory in six months..... every six months? Kean's strategy is identical and the "investors" are the 9/11 families. Kean is a weasel. Don't expect a weasel to act like anything other than a weasel.
