This is a three hours of meetings day, plus I have to go outside in the balmy winter weather (five below this morning and windy besides) to run an errand. I'd rather do the yoga. <g>

Worse than the hunger is the ubiquitous array of bad food choices everywhere you turn. I drive past six donut shops and four McDonald's on my way to work. At the company cafeteria yesterday I had a choice between a pepperoni and cheese calzone (one of my favorites) and a dry turkey sandwich on whole wheat with some low fat soup. Today's temptation choice is veal parmesan (another favorite), or the same soup and sandwich.

And there are cookies everywhere.

In the end, you just have to decide not to eat that stuff, even as the impulse side of your brain keeps working in tandem with your stomach to ask for it.
