Read my message. Both homes very modest. I am comparing apples to apples. I do not have granite counter tops etc. Both homes were 3 bd 1 ba. Parents had 1 acre I live in town. Similar sq. footage. Similar types of improvements. You and darfott sound like you are trying to do hedonic indexing here. <ggg> This time you guys are wrong. If you think the cost of living has not gone up for the middle class vs wages the last 50 years well............................
