iMO they are going to devalue a basket of world currencies against the gold price by decree
QE is now ineffective time to move on to the next tool (only one left)
It is interesting that gold started getting whacked when the Japan QE started to fail. IMO this was not due to the fact that the market thought that QE was over but more that that invisible hand has set up the great reflation.
Maybe even it gets done over the holidays
