"...funding without diluting MOA stock..." I'm sorry, but I don't understand that statement at all. We're getting 1 share for two of ours in a company that will have 45 million shares outstanding. I'm sure our MOA prez is not looking to screw over stockholders, of which he is one, but I sure can't wait to hear the rest of the story. Seems to me there has to be more we haven't heard yet, or who's going to approve this deal when shareholders vote on it? Based on what I've heard so far, this deal isn't quite sweet enough. But, we'll just have to wait and see.
