WMG: This just flat out is not a very savy group of guys. Assuming the engine is everything claimed, I would suggest that organizational form is brain dead. If AENG is truly intending to be just a royalty collections shop where licensees do their own R&D, design and manufacturing, then the overhead will be very low. Therefore, WHY do you want to submit yourself to a combined 35-40% federal and state tax burden. A better form would be an LP. However, if they are very saavy... ww
