Men, we believe stock will move on financing news. Answer to #3 is yes. #4 is incorrect. Must factor in $1.00 to Fox per suscriber (up to 300,000 subs. and $1.89 per subs. above 300,000. Does not include advertising. #5 Already caused it imo, dilution affect in future projections. I think they'll be long term holders. #6 I agree. #1 see my previous post. Art
