Who would want to buy it? If you want software programmers, just hire them individually. Why pay for all the baggage? To get a well-recognized brand name?

Turnaround specialist companies, such as Computer Associates, GEAC, or
whats-his-name-Canadian-company-that-milks-dead-products, (the one that owns the rights to WordStar)...

Also, you have to remember that Cowpland resigning alone is worth $0.50-$1.00 per share. That is why I think a takeover at $2.00, provided Cowpland quits, is likely.

Gee, $2.00 sounds a bit high. Let me change that to somewhere between $1.50 to $2.00 per share.
