I'm writing this from @Home. It's pretty fast, although maybe not 1000 x faster. The modem is a SURFboard from General Instrument. I could break it open to see what's inside, but then it might not work. I just bought a new computer too. I was particularly suprised by how much the monitors have come down in price. I can see that in a couple years there won't be any difference between a computer and a tv. Hopefully Cube will take off now.
