I just spoke with the CEO of RGEQ.

Allan Chapman (310) 827-9604.

He was very tight-lipped and said he could not say anything more at this point than has already been made public. He said they are looking at company's to do a RM with. I thing something may be close based on what I have heard from close trading associates and the upbeat tone of Mr. Chapman. JMHO.

RGEQ supposedly has over 3 million dollars in the bank.
