Yeah.. saw that photo of Chirac and Saddam taken in Toulon (I believe).. Think it was in the Washington Times this morning (or USA Today.. can't remember which).. One of the very few times Saddam ever left Iraq (before he took power, of course).. And now we have Chirac and Robert Mugabe meeting in Paris where Mugabe is staying at a posh $500/night hotel while famie threatens in his country... Hawk
