OK it seems you don't flat out disagree with my point, but you think it should be applied in such a narrow way that while in a certain sense you technically agree in practice your opinion on most applications of the theoretical idea will be the same as if you did disagree.

You accept that in theory violating a law might not be an attack against society, but you think it would only not be an attack against society if the law is unconstitutional, fundamentally unjust, or perhaps totally ridiculous (for example a very strict 35 mph speed limit on normal interstates). Is that an accurate assessment of your opinion?

I would extend it further than that. I would say that driving 140 in a 25 zone would be an attack on society (or technically reckless endangerment of its members) but driving 65 in a 55 zone is probably not IMO.
