I think that you will hear the official response from MSFT on the day SUNW's results are to be reported. I think this is a personal thing between Gates and McNeely and BG will do anything to discredit or bankrupt McNeely. Read Dvorak's column in PCWeek this issue about the vendetta Gates has for McNeely and Ellison...........
