<BTW, maybe you could enlighten me as to the logic behind that SES stock buyback prohibition.>

Reasons given against share buyback scheme

1. The Company can easily manipulate the share price.

2. This will discourage the Company from pursuing other investments agressively (for the benefit of the company)with the cash avialable since no shareholder is going to blame a company executive from suggesting to buy its own shares back.

I personally do not agree with both the above arguments. We have seen the MMs (on Nasdag) 'manipulating' CREAF shares each time earnings are close to being reported. This could be the reason why CREAF is reporting earlier than usual. Probably gave the shorts a fright!

Well, at least the numbers are out and they are impressive, as usual! With the markets in Asia in the doldrums, there could be one of two possibilities:

1. Those who have to sell CREAF (where they have profited) to cover their cash flow shortfalls

2. Those who are going to invest in CREAF since there are no other worthwhile stocks to invest in at the moment.

I believe that there will be more of the latter.

Happy investing!
