feel free to think what you want. you are wrong on the summer temps, the snakes and the market will be the judge on the extent of the pullback. fwiw...i wanted to sell my house and rent one for a few years but after careful analysis determined that any pullback here would not be deep enough to bother with the hassle. besides wifey loves our house and that would have been tough to convince her to sell.
