Sorry about the confusion. In any case, I think that who ever acquires BAY is making a HUGE mistake. For all the hype, BAY has become almost irrelevant in the market place. New ownership can't fix the problems that led to BAY's downfall, in fact they could get worse. As the NN/UB fiasco proved, buying a failing company as a way into a market segment is a lose-lose scenario.
