Phil, CMGI should hold onto all its YHOO imo. The internet will be like most other industries, the gorillas will dominate and many of the smaller companies (which appear to be great idea stocks now to some) will either be gobled up or go under. GCTY adds significant value to YHOO at a fraction of its market cap and will fuel further growth in YHOO imo. I'd much rather see CMGI become a diversified portfolio of large internet leaders and emerging companies - to me it offers a more optimal approach to risk and reward. It also avoids tax consequences for CMGI.
