Hey when and where?! I just want the pizza but I think I side with Ork on this one. Have good friends in Chandler will need to e mail and see what they say. But Steve I don't really care what happens if we can own our homes free and clear that is the way for me. Not quite there but close. Then if prices go down maybe taxes will go down too. <g> tom
