Projectavision Settles Litigation

NEW YORK, July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Projectavision, Inc.,
(Nasdaq:PJTV) announced today that it had settled an
outstanding litigation filed by a purchaser of its
subordinated convertible debentures in the New York
State Supreme Court in
May 1996, at no cost to the Company. The terms of
the settlement were not disclosed.

In addition, the Company also announced that a
suit filed in June of 1996 by an individual
investor against the Company and
certain executives of the Company has been
dismissed by the U.S. District Court in Florida
for lack of jurisdiction.
