What quote are you talking about? You did not post any quote. You did not draw reference to any document. You came and just made a summary statement without providing anything to support it. In a court of law it will be dismissed. If anyone, it should be you who should know that well.

After reading Kerry's testimony we find that he consistently blames the Administration at that time for Vietnam.

We have a similar situation today under Bush in Iraq. Nobody can deny the casualty of innocent civilians in Iraq. And Abu Gharib possibly is just not an isolated incident since even General Tommy Franks has agreed that soldiers in the battlefield indulge in the kind of acts that Kerry said he saw.
