One last thought, this deal will bring much more attention to interactivity. More and more people will start sifting through any companies that may be potential winners. Wink probably won't exist in a few years from now even with MSFT's investment. The $400m+ that MSFT pumped into WebTV won't save that product either. Jeffrey Davis states in the Bridge Report that MSFT's acknowledgement that the TV is place to be bodes as a major plus for ACTV. That is right on the money.

Let's just hope that the next deal we make winds up with same kind of coverage in The Wall Street Journal. This kind of recognition is a problem that has plagued us for years.
