It seems you don't understand what I am saying. I don't advocate welfare, but when the government can force you do perform personal services for another we are in deep shit. The work should be performed to benefit the community as a whole, not one person who doesn't like to mow his lawn.

There may be a situation in which they could be employed mowing the lawns for the elderly or infirm, but not for a particular person.
