I think I got up around 5 or 5:30 or somewhere in there. That's typical for me.

Yes, the fork can be used in any time frame. I tend to use it for the bigger waves because I hold positions and don't trade in and out, but I do eyeball the smaller waves to see how the market is behaving and to keep my interest in this game. You could use it on 1 minute tick charts or weekly or monthly charts. The time frame is irrelevant.

I watch the market like one might watch a football game, the shoving match between the bulls and the bears, the market average is the score for the day.
