Chris, I recommended buying HNV at $1.50 Ask with a 12 month target of $4. My 3 reasons for Buying HNV are: 1) Strong Insider Ownership with recent insider buying. * Insiders own over 50% with recent insider buying. . . See Basil P Regan's 13d. . he has been filing these lately . . buying lots of shares. 2) Positive Technical Indicators - Looks like a Stan Weinstein Long Term Consolidation and then breakout stock. Most of my technical indicators are bullish. 3) New Mgt has shown initial signs of turning this company around. The Company has now reported 3 back to back qtrs of lower losses. I am looking for a return to profitability in the 4th qtr. I tend to take a longer term view on turnaround stocks. HNV appears to be turning its operations around. Will be watching the 4th qtr numbers for a possible target upgrade. DC
