That the company did not have oversight of Zhang, and that he is not an approved CDN geologist, is a bad show. This is NOT chain of custody. This is NOT secure har har har ... no better than our politicians.. teflon coated.. give us the bucks but we are not responsible.. stereotypical lawyers have more integrity :O) the whole point of those fat sallys and option plans is supposed to be that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.
