Let me remind you that that "environment of empowered expansionists" is something Microsoft calls 'law enforcement' when applied on their behalf (as nearly the entirety of their business model) with regard to enforcing their copyrights and collecting their royalties. --- The 'Digital Millennium Copyright Act' would be *my exhibit 'A' in showing the "growing environment of empowered expansionists" -JCJ
