I've had to pass those tests a couple of times for work. Hey - maybe that's what he was getting at? Work.

Saving public funds for more important stuff than subsidizing drug dealers.

On the government dole other than Social Security... Government drug tests. No budget bill... no tests.

 I also had to register for Selective Service to get an education loan (that Uncle Sam did not forgive, but taxed me on when the State did forgive part of it because it was sort of a "retention bonus").

I wonder how many of these fine citizens have never done that - registered for the draft?

I wonder how many are not citizens?

Being a second class citizen in your own country is all part of "intersectionality".
