great. Protein powder--Joe Weiders basic is great. Fruit sugar--2 tspoons at least to sweeten the grapefruit. Truth is, once blood sugar gets up in the morning the rest of the day goes on hot dogs and candy bars just fine, unless the low blood sugar is in fact sliding into diabetes. After that the hot dogs and candy bars will start to sicken you. I never got that far. But of course, correcting the blood sugar thing, try and eat really good for a couple of weeks too. Lots of salad and fruit and peanuts, especially. The humble peanut actually kick starts our bodies to produce a little more insulin.

Again, you're going to have to have chromium to correct the deficiency in the first place that brings on low blood sugar attacks. Your brain is literally starving.
