I've got a minor problem; I'm using Windows 95 and I have gotten very used to right clicking on the 'Start' button to use Windows Explorer. However, now when I right click the Start button, Open and Explore are grayed out and only Find is selectable.

I must admit I have been in the Registry but I've restored all settings and all the old annoyances are back including this new one. Anyone have an idea what's wrong or a place to find out?
