Dennis, I told you my estimate was simplistic. It did draw out your numbers though. I was also purposely conservative. I tend to agree with most of your numbers. I think we can make pretty good guesses as to gross income but interest income and administrative are question marks. I will be very happy with 3rdQ of 12-14 cents. We will be a lot smarter after 3Q and should be able to come up with detailed estimates then. I think we need a full Q with 4 stores including DW to get the full picture. I think you did about the best job that can be done at this point. Thanks for you thoughts.
