You're right about the clever timing of the press releases. You make some good points.

On the counter side, SGP has already put a big investment into ZONA, so I think they may feel that if they play it out they might be able to at least get their money back, but I'm not sure that they expect to do very well with Vasomax.

If the drug doesn't work and doesn't sell well in Mexico, SGP had already put out a lot, so they may be gambling they might get FDA approval and then might be able to eke out enough sales in the US to at least break even.

While the stock traded up to 27 on the milestone payment, it's now down to 26-1/4. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't head down again, closing under 25.

Have you covered your long position yet?

I do wish I'd seen it as you did, gone long for a few points today. I'd have closed it by now, though. I think it's fizzling.
