Sigmund,
I will take a crack at what I know about your questions....
I think the share buy back is a move to bring investors confidence that the company isn't going to let short sellers come in and destroy us, and that getting listed is a priority. I honestly think some of the financing has been completed. Just a gut feeling and will have to talk to Tom to get a firm answer. We will see some more shares, IMO, but they will be restricted, and remember we only have 20 million authorized, so he has to work in that framework. Honestly we are in a much better situation now, as opposed to say 2 weeks ago. We don't have to give out half as much now as we did before. Actually at .15 cents, we basically had to give away the farm for anything. I don't think we need 20 or 30 million... thats kind of on the high end. I will try and get some kind of ball park numbers tommarrow. There are already some convertables out there, if I am correct, the good thing is they aren't convertible until 100.00 dollars I believe. I know it sounds crazy, but that is how I see it worded. Okay, thats about all I can add. I know its not everything, maybe you could ask Macker, as he is in touch with Tom a little more then I am.
