Thanks, I was not aware that Buffett said that Microsoft is off limits to him.

For me ORCL is not that cheap, but it's comparable to IBM I think. In my universe of tech companies I see more ORCL/Sun installations than any IBM SW/services. Perhaps IBM is more prevalent in financials and non-tech mega caps.

I have high respect for IBM research and in particular Watson/NLP work. :)
