No kenny, we are not. Defense comes first and the money is borrowed to do other things. Until money spent on defense is larger than all monies collected then no money is being borrowed to do this. Doing defense comes directly from the founding fathers in the constitution. All the decades come lately spending is being paid for by borrowing.

kenny, it's common sense and law 101 and we know that that is beyond your mental capabilities.
