That's why I've always liked the ace-in-the-hole sledge-hammer method. Whatever happens I can always wipe it away and start over. With DI it's even easier to do that now. OTOH I'm underdeveloped with the screw-driver methods which can be much quicker but require steady and constant learning and PATIENCE. Which you have developed admirably. Plus if you're an administrator responsible for other people's machines I don't think the sledgehammer method would ever be practical as it depends very much on your backup methods and requirements. Different strokes, and after a while they all tend toward each other.
