I don't have time to check if that is the correct number, but you could also say that they paid $45 million to increase revenues by about $120 million or so. Those aquisitions have brought several companies together to cross integrate core technologies...resulting in products like the Gigamux, IQX-200 and the Net Arm chip. Those 3 key products address a $24 billion market. That is the key Craig. The past has 15 months have produced potentially explosive products that will improve the revenues, earnings, revenues per employee, etc.. That's the whole key here
