It's starting to look like Tony Cataldo and Windsor Capital Fund are joined at the hip. Windsor Capital has provided monies to at least three companies that Tony Cataldo has been employed or is currently employed (The Entertainment Internet, First Miracle Group, and Senetek).

The Entertainment Internet Obtains a $5.5 Million Line of Credit Funding Strengthens Company as it Negotiates Strategic Initiatives
LOS ANGELES, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Entertainment Internet, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EINI) today announced that it has received a $5.5 million line of credit guarantee from Windsor Capital Fund, Bermuda.

Over the past 12 months, Windsor Capital Fund has invested over $60 million in projects such as USA Global Communications (www.usagl.com), JuniorNet.com (www.juniornet.com), First Miracle Group, Sector Communications, Inc., and Senetek PLC. Founded in 1993, Windsor Capital invests in a broad range of technology, Internet, and entertainment-based projects. Its most recent funding ventures are Ugo.com / Actionworld.com.

Strategic Initiatives

To accommodate its growth and expansion, The Entertainment Internet is continuing to update CastNet.com's technological hardware and software, resulting in dramatic increases in the speed and ease of use of the system along with improved stability and lower maintenance costs.

CastNet.com (www.castnet.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Entertainment Internet, is continuing its expansion from Hollywood to San Diego, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, Chicago and New Mexico, and is currently establishing services in New York City. The site's on-line sign-up capability is part of the lucrative future of its e-commerce and the success of CastNet.com's global expansion plan. International actors have been joining the ranks of Hollywood's leading online submission service from countries such as Germany, England and South Korea.

The Entertainment Internet, Inc.'s mission is to become, and maintain itself as, the dominant global provider of information and data distribution services specifically designed for the entertainment and media industries.

E-commerce rolling ahead

The Entertainment Internet is in full development on its upcoming "Actors Life" E-Commerce site. This E-Commerce site will be devoted to the needs of the millions of professional and aspiring actors worldwide. The site will include The Scene Shop, a source of scripts, plays, and monologues; The Book Store, a wide ranging co-branded specialized sales site with a full inventory of books affecting actors; and Life Support, a source of affinity credit cards, credit lines, and other financial services. Other areas of support and supplies planned by the service will include: a Self-Help Corner; the Casting Call, a site for non-union and beginning actors to find work in student and low budget independent films; Get Wired, a co-branded specialized telecommunications area for actors; and Actors Life, featuring an actors news service, a job board, a charity auction site and a wide range of internet links.
