If they want to do to smash the price they have to sell short naked at crazy low prices first hoping to create more selling so that they can cover. It can backfire on them easily at this juncture when everyone is thinking "the" bottom is near. I have been thinking what BB may say. General market has recognized that his last talk didn't make sense, expect market moved. Therefore, some experts are saying whatever BB is going to say tomorrow is factored in the price already. The shorts just want to scared people so that they can cover their last positions. I don't plan to sell any of my shares, but will add some if the price is lower. Doubt BB is a party pooper to the rest of the world. The Fed has to finance the UST liquidity when foreigners are dumping. What else can he do? Rising interest rate will kill all of the Federal budget forecast. Forecast? Ha...
