Jumper, I closed out the day with 100% cash. I am probably being overly-cautious, and today's bad close was probably due to unfounded rediculous rumors of an interest rate hike "to cool down the market". On the other hand, the market took the excuse. I also think that the UPS strike could be coming home to roost - investors are realizing that it may not go away so quickly.
