Michael: My suggestions are for investors (long), not necessarily for "traders," though I suspect both will do fine with them. Of course, if the entire market takes a major plunge, they might suffer, though I think less than the market as a whole (since they are already beaten down). Also, they likely would recover more vigorously. Ray
