Jacob: I agree that it's not either and I don't think it was genuinely part of their strategy. What else can one expect from a TWX/AOL/NSCP piece. The impression I have is that TPJ was angered when Microsoft stepped into the courtroom on day one with this ludicrous notion of trying to defend itself in the Court of Law and perhaps long before.
